Stillman Bank Announces 2023 Promotions

Thomas R. Hughes, President & CEO of Stillman BancCorp N.A., along with the Board of Directors have moved to promote the following bank employees:

Melissa S. Morphey, Chief Credit Officer

Melissa joined Stillman Bank in 2015 as a Credit Analyst and was promoted to Senior Credit Analyst in 2020. She has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. In her new position, Melissa will be responsible for managing the credit culture of the Bank by overseeing loan approvals, loan documentation, risk management, and credit-related compliance efforts.

 

 

 

 

Paul Dahlstrom, Senior Credit Analyst

Paul joined the Stillman Bank credit department in 2017. He graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. In his role as Senior Credit Analyst, Paul will lead the credit analysis function for all commercial and ag loans.
