Laura Baluch Joins Stillman Bank Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Stillman BancCorp, N.A. is pleased to announce Laura A. Baluch has joined its Board of Directors, according to Martin C. Larson, Chairman of Stillman BancCorp N.A.

Laura currently serves as a distinguished attorney and partner at Barrick, Switzer, Long, Balsley, & Van Evera, LLP. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communications from Northern Illinois University and a Juris Doctor in Litigation from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. As the first female partner in the 85-year history of her firm, Laura has been recognized as a Leading Lawyer by Leading Lawyers Magazine and was named one of Rockford’s “40 Leaders Under 40” in 2016.

Born and raised in the northern Illinois area, Laura currently serves as the President of the Stateline Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She has also served on the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association, was a former board member for United Way, and was heavily involved with Club Blue.
