Ryan Reeverts

Ryan serves as Agricultural Loan Officer and is involved with all phases of agricultural lending. Born and raised in Ogle County, he is a fifth-generation farmer on his family’s grain & livestock farm. Ryan graduated from Byron High School and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Agribusiness Economics from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

Ryan currently serves as an Ogle County Board Member and is a member of the Ogle County Regional Planning Commission. Additionally, he serves as an Ogle County Farm Bureau Director and is the Young Leader Committee Chairman. He also serves on the Illinois FFA Foundation Board of Directors and enjoys volunteering with the Illinois FFA organization and local FFA chapters.

Logan Lagerhausen

Joining the bank in 2025, Logan serves as Ag Banking Representative. He graduated from Stillman Valley High School and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Agribusiness with an emphasis in Agricultural Engineering and Technology from the University of Wisconsin Platteville.

Outside the workplace, he organizes and runs a men's group and enjoys cooking, woodworking, and being outside.

Thomas Hughes

Tom serves as the President & CEO of the bank. With over 34 years of experience in all aspects of banking, Tom currently specializes in agricultural and commercial lending. He earned his degree in Agribusiness from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and his MBA from Lewis University. He is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI.

Tom has been very active in the community throughout his career. He currently serves as a member of the Village of Stillman Valley Economic Development Committee. In the past, Tom served as a Board Member for Ogle County Habitat for Humanity, Ogle County Fair Association, and the Oregon Chamber of Commerce. He also has served as Chairperson for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life (Ogle West).
