Phyllis Oldenburg Joins Stillman Bank as Senior Vice President Operations

Stillman Bank is pleased to welcome Phyllis Oldenburg as Senior Vice President Operations, according to Thomas R. Hughes, President & CEO. In her position, Phyllis will be responsible for the strategic direction in the areas of Treasury Management, Deposit Operations, Information Technology, Compliance, Retail Banking, Security, and Facilities. She will be located at the bank’s Rockford office at 8492 East State Street.

With 38 years of banking experience, Phyllis has held positions in a variety of departments, including Operations, Technology, Information Security, Physical Security, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, Vendor & Vendor Risk Management, Process Improvement, and Facilities. She studied finance & accounting at the University of Wisconsin – Rock County and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and Bank Technology Management School. Phyllis holds several professional certifications, including Certified Community Bank Security Officer (CCBSO), Certified Banking Vendor Manager (CBVM), and Certified Banking Cybersecurity Manager (CBCM).

Phyllis grew up in the Stateline area and raised her family with her husband of 39 years in Clinton, WI. Outside of the workplace, she is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and has volunteered with Beloit Meals on Wheels and Zonta International.
