J. Joseph McCoy, JD
Joe serves as Vice President and Senior Trust Officer. Before joining Stillman Bank, he was an attorney in Rockford for over 12 years specializing in trusts and estates. He was recognized as a “Leading Lawyer” in Illinois from 2015-2019. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and Law degree from the University of Miami.
Joe currently serves on the Rockford Symphony Orchestra Board and is a member of its Finance and Governance Committees. He lives in Rockford with his wife and their three children.

Jeffrey Hartle
Jeff serves as Senior Vice President in our Rockford Office. He has over 35 years of experience in banking and financial services and currently specializes in wealth management. He is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and the Illinois Banker Association (IBA) Commercial Banking School. He also attended the Cannon Trust School at the University of Notre Dame.
Jeff has been involved with a variety of community organizations. He currently serves on the Boone County Community Foundation Board and is a member of the organization’s finance committee. Jeff is also a Shriner for the Tebala Shriners Club of Rockford and a 3rd Degree Mason with the Belvidere Masonic Lodge. A longtime resident of northern Illinois, he and his wife Marci reside in Rockford.

Jenny Redington, CFP®, CRPC™
With over 25 years of experience in financial services, Jenny serves as Financial Advisor and specializes in financial planning and wealth management. She is a graduate of Judson University, attended North Carolina State University for her Certified Financial Planning, CFP® designation, and the College for Financial Planning for her Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, CRPC™ designation.
Jenny is involved in many local organizations including the Loves Park Rotary Board, Womanspace, and the Parks Chamber of Commerce. She also volunteers with Make-A-Wish Illinois. A lifelong Rockford area resident, Jenny lives in Machesney Park with her husband Mark.

Eric Haugdahl
With five years of banking experience, Eric serves as our Portfolio Manager. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
A lifelong resident of Rockford, Eric currently serves on the Board of Directors for Circle of Change.

Aimee Bruemmer
With over 11 years of experience in banking and wealth management, Aimee serves as Associate Portfolio Manager. She has held positions in retail banking, private banking, investment operations, and wealth-management client services. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rockford University.
Outside of the workplace, Aimee has spent time volunteering for DeKalb’s Voluntary Action Summer Food Program. Aimee resides in Poplar Grove with her husband, daughter, and 2 dogs. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and experiencing new places and cultures.

Connie Fallon – Senior Trust Operations Specialist
Connie has more than 35 years of experience in Mortgage, Trust, and Wealth Management and serves as Senior Trust Operations Specialist.
Connie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the designation of Certified Trust Operations Specialist from the Cannon Financial Institute. While at UW-Madison, Connie lettered all 4 years in Women’s Golf. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and playing golf.
Julie Newlun – Trust Operations Specialist
Julie serves as a Trust Operations Specialist, handling all aspects of operational functions within the Trust & Wealth Management Department. Prior to joining Stillman Bank, she held positions as a senior teller/trainer as well as a general ledger clerk.
Julie has a Master of Business Administration degree and is currently working towards obtaining her Certified Trust Operations Professional (CTOP®) certification with Cannon Financial Institute. She resides in Roscoe with her husband and two children.
Janice Lowell – Trust Administrative Assistant
Janice serves as a Trust Administrative Assistant. She has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry supporting wealth managers assist their clients in meeting their financial goals.
Janice currently serves as the President of her local HOA. She enjoys spending time with her family and golfing.
Amanda Dey – Trust Administrative Assistant
With over 6 years of experience in financial services administration, Amanda serves as a Trust Administrative Assistant. Prior to joining Stillman Bank, she held positions as a Market Relationship Manager and Investment Servicing Specialist.
Amanda is involved in a variety of community organizations throughout Northern Illinois. She currently serves as the Vice President for Altrusa International of DeKalb County, as well as the Secretary and Webmaster for Altrusa International District Six. She also sits on the Media Committee for The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network – Chicago Affiliate. She has volunteered with Feed My Starving Children for over 8 years. Amanda currently resides in Kingston with her husband and 4 cats.
Our Trust Department is located in our Rockford office (8492 East State Street), but we are happy to assist customers at all six Stillman Bank locations.
